St. John's Artists

The St. John's Artists meet Thursday afternoons from September to June in the church hall.  Their purpose under the leadership of Isobel Gibson has multiple facets.  The main one is to provide a space where interested artists can get together to enjoy improving their craft in a supportive atmosphere.  Other goals are:  to help each other learn and improve through friendly critiques and also programmed lessons; to help artists be able to reflect the beauty of creation and human spirit in their work; and to help make visible to the community the welcoming attitude of our congregation while presenting our semi-annual art show.
